In 2008, this seasoned general contracting firm identified a growing market need for niche technical services. A specialized division was established to focus on Fireproofing, Waterproofing, Concrete Repair and Restoration, Soil Stabilization and Rockfall Protection, Specialty Floor Coatings, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations). The response was overwhelming. The division quickly earned a reputation for precision, performance, and problem-solving in the most complex environments.
